Ashley is a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has been teaching this sacred practise for the last 7 years, since completing the teacher training course in the UK with i-sky. She has taught extensively both at home and abroad offering retreats and workshops in Europe and the USA. Ashley is committed to sharing this powerful teaching to unblock, strengthen, transform and heal, mind, body and soul. Ashley's primary area of interest is exploring how kundalini yoga can prepare us for experiencing higher states of awareness and consciousness, therefore creating an overall deeper connection to self, or true nature.
Kundalini Bootcamp - experience your divinity
Ashley's workshops during the festival will incorporate a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, music, mantra and meditation, all of which teach the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Drawing on the "kundalini bootcamp" classes she has been developing in the UK she aims to teach the art of surrender and letting go. As we surrender the body and the mind, firstly to physical exercise and then to meditation we increase our capacity to experience our true nature, deep in the core of our being. Letting go of our need to control and instead moving towards being, as we are at the core, pure love and compassion. Expect to leave on a natural high feeling recharged and blissful.
