• Comfortable cotton clothes to do yoga, preferably white.
  • A sleeping bag.
  • A mat and a blanket to do yoga on the ground and a pillow to sit down, if you need it.
  • Some plastic to put on the ground and protect yourself from the dew during Sadhana.
  • A warm blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation.
  • A bottle of water to be refilled during the festival.
  • A percussion or rhythm instrument if you like music and want to participate.
  • As a precaution, bring warm clothes to do yoga .
  • A torch or flashlight.
  • If you sleep in a bunk bed you can use the sleeping bag for comfort  and hygiene.
  • A swimsuit for the swimming pool and the beach, sun lotion and armbands for the children´s safety in the pool.
  • Appropiate shoes if you like walking and comfortable footwear for the beach..
  • Sorry but  we can´t bring dogs.
